גוללים לסוף המסך ולוחצים Delete my account.
מאשרים.

המחיקה מתחילה בשרת, ורק אחר כך בטלפון. אם המחיקה בשרת לא הושלמה, האפליקציה תגיד את זה ולא תמחק את העותק בטלפון, כדי שלא תאבדו מידע שעוד קיים אצלנו.

שלחו מייל ל-koralzakai1@gmail.com מהכתובת שאיתה נכנסתם, בנושא "מחיקת חשבון". נמחק תוך 30 יום ונאשר לכם במייל.

החשבון (שם ומייל)
המשימות, השגרות, המטרות וההערות
כתובת הבית והמקומות השמורים
השיחות עם מאירה והעובדות שהיא זכרה
הפרופיל, ההעדפות ותזכורות שתוזמנו
חיבור הוואטסאפ ומפתחות של עוזרי AI, אם היו

לא נשאר אצלנו שום דבר שקשור לחשבון. עותקים בגיבויים האוטומטיים של ספק האחסון פגים תוך 30 יום ולא משמשים לשחזור חשבון שנמחק.

Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

On the Today screen, tap 👤 (Profile) at the top.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Confirm.

Deletion starts on our server, and only then on your phone. If the server deletion did not complete, the app says so and leaves the copy on your phone alone, so you don't lose data that still exists with us.

Without the app

Email koralzakai1@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (name and email)
Your tasks, routines, goals and notes
Your home address and saved places
Your conversations with Meira and the facts she remembered
Your profile, preferences and scheduled reminders
Your WhatsApp link and any AI-assistant keys

Nothing tied to your account is kept. Copies in our hosting provider's automatic backups expire within 30 days and are never used to restore a deleted account.

Two more things

To also remove Meira's access to your Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Left your email on this website for the beta? Email us and we will delete it.
